Best Bus station in Malaysia

P	Pajiju Pajiji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Dirty departure hall. Not well maintained. 2) The toilet damn smelly 3) you can do some light shoping but dont expect to get a good bargain here. 4) The information centre a bit blur Suggestion 1) The building is nice already, please take care and maintain it. Im greatly dissapointed with the cleanliness of the bus station. Please please please be more attentive. 2) As it is a paid toilet. Please clean it properly, such a shame.

My friend and myself had no issues to get there, find help, extract out tickets via the machine and then pass the gate and waited our bus that was perfectly on time ... what else? Actually I was impressed by the technology involved in this bus station. Many many automated ticket.

I get to infronf of the gate and ask the workers there multiple time but their response was "the bus arn't here yet" and I asj them for the last time at the very minute that the bus should arrive and their response is " the bus are already goes away". I did not get any refund or any type of appology, it is very dissapointing to get this kind of treatment here.

S	Stv Tay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. KPB Ekpress Bus came so late 8:30am schedule came 18mins late, without explaining why! Some more go to Putrajaya Bus Station pick passengers, we need to attend function at KL kena late coz of your bad service! Will never patronize again. So disappointed!

There's also a surcharge of RM0.70 per ticket when we want to exchange our mobile ticket to the valid bus ticket. The unfriendly and sour face counter staff attitude doesn't reflect Malaysian hospitality.
I	Ilamaran Ramamoorthy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main land transportation hub of Melaka, the historical city state. It's quite convenient to take buses from here to any parts of peninsular Malaysia. We can also take the town buses here. Buying tickets is quite easy and fast. Can have good food while waiting to take bus to our desired destination.
