Issue out memo that owner can select own contractor to proceed renovation but keep quite but we get block by in house contractor .
After 30days not yet complete the defects and keep ask owner direct deal with defect team, not them.
So what the purpose we need management just handle cleanliness and security from management Pic ,Kevin.

As an owner for a parcel of a building which the developer had appointed them to manage for 2 years, I'd say, they are quite good in pushing responsibilities away, they did not take or coordinate actions well. For issues like gangster contractors, instead of reporting to the authorities and taking action to keep the residents safe, we're told that they can't do anything. For defect claims, instead of coordinating and keeping track about progresses, they push us to the defect team instead. They had failed miserably as a management for a property. High workload is not even a justifiable reason in this case here, as the management is expected to be competent and having enough manpower to deal or coordinate people to deal with the issues.
Advise: Only engage them if you have a special interest in the polar opposite of efficiency.
