β β β β β Requested their service to renew my RON and they email me on Dec 2021 as it was ready to collect.
I called them on 17 Dec 2021, and booked an appointment on 20 Dec 2021 for collection.
On 20Dec, i gave them a call but nobody answered, as it was out of reach.
I went there personally on the same day, the door is heavily closed and locked.
Pressed the doorbell, nobody answering. I called, whatsapp even leave them message on FB, nobody bother to answer.
No notice put up on the door and not even the security guard knows why they are close.
Please, if you are paying and you wanted a satisfying and proffesional service, avoid MELORITA at all cause.
