★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mel fixed the brakes of my daughter's myvi when other mechanics couldn't fix it properly the last few times I sent it in. And Mel fixed it first time round.
She's very thorough and meticulous with her work.
Reasonable charges and reliable.
She also changed my BMW brake pads with original parts at a fraction of the price compared to sending it in to BMW workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience I had at Melz Garage was absolutely great! I sent my car in for the first time for a regular service but she checked the whole car in detail and analyzed what needed to be changed for the safety of her customers. Also I felt really comfortable in this workshop because for the first time, I'm able to communicate clearly what are the problems that I'm facing with my car in English as to the other usual workshops because my control of the chinese isn't very strong.
OVerall, She did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend for you guys to give Melz Garage a try if you are looking for a good workshop with Friendly customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Head to MelzGarage when you don't want to be spoken to like you don't understand cars and its mechanics. She will take the time to explain it to you, particularly to us women !! If you want a safe place to share your car issues, this is the place. She even offers to pick up your vehicle from your home if you're unable to come over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mel is very courteous. She listens and communicates. No condescending, no grunts, no snide retorts. I've never or prolly rarely ever seen this in previous mechanics I've engaged. This really pleased and comforted me. It's creates rapport and trust. Work can get done and done better.
I visited her garage coz JS Motorsports (bunch of air headed no-pride-in-their-work clowns at Sunway) reapplied my brake pads wrongly 3 times when I went to cross my tyres BUT they volunteered to additionally check on my brake pads. So there was an unnerving distressing clunk sound each time I hit the breaks.
I left the car with Mel. She said she'll do her assessment and proceed from there and told me to chill at kopitiam round the corner.
Went back an hour later. She explained other related problems with brake pads but said we're not urgent and she'd prepare me a quote. As for the main reason I went there, the clunk, that was gone, no more!!. She identified it had been applied on opposite sides and corrected it. And all that - for free!! Coz she's got a vision for her clientele - build up trust and return customers. So of course, she's smart, helpful and reasonable.
Well done!!! 5 stars!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Melz Garage a couple of weeks ago to get my car serviced with Imelda.. and I must say she's really good! She managed to sort out my ABS problem ( which I told Toyota about at the last service 7 months ago) but they didn't manage to sort out. She found out that it was due to the brake switch, which was causing problems to my gear shift and the back break lights wasn't coming on when i used the brakes!! So dangerous! ?
She changed my tires around, even filled up my spare tire and showed me how to access it properly ( which was FLAT and Toyota never once did that!)
She's really knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail.. didn't need to change the oil yet as recommended every 6 months by money sucking Toyota. So Happy I found her. Totally recommend MelzGarage!
My car hasn't felt this smooth till now. Thanks so much for doing such a great job Imelda.
She's certified for Continental cars too.

Honest - Educational - Reasonable.
Melz Garage is simply AWESOME. Especially for someone like me who doesn't know that much about cars but have been told I need to service it every 6 months as well as do the wheel balancing and alignment.
Imelda set me straight and educated me on what REALLY needs to be done not compromising on the QUALITY of the service or the parts. I felt confident entrusting her with my car knowing that I wasn't being 'taken for a ride'. I also loved how she patiently and passionately explained what needed to be done.
Totally 100% satisfied and definitely coming back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for car garage shop to have my car's engine oil changed and i found Melz Garage online I went to the shop and was greeted by Imelda who explained how she do things. If you are new to her shop she will tell you that she needs have a full inspection of your car before she do the service. For me it is already a good first impression. She will take time to explain everything you need to know about your car and will give you suggestions and options. Imelda (owner) also considers her client's budget and will not force you to change anything, but will make you decide accordingly. In this shop options will be given to you from OEM, to original parts, to what and when a part is needed to be changed.
