★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know this store from Facebook advertisement three days ago which make me feel 'Wao' the flower decoration is very nice.On the spot i order a set of flowers name LOVING ANGEL and pick the option self pick up on 14th February. OK today is 14th of february, guess what happened? I WhatsApp them at 10 am morning, but no one reply, fine i understand Valentines day they will be super busy so I will just wait for their reply. Then after 1 pm there is no one reply and i tried to called them but no one answer. Finally 2 pm they answer my call and told me collect at 5pm. When the time come to 5 nobody give me a call to tell me where to collect the flowers. I tried to call them for 20 times but no one answer. Okay can you imagine that exepcting to give my girlfriend a big surprise but in the end i don't even get one rose?! If there is a 0 star option i will rate 0 star instead of 1 star
