β β β β β My wife Janice, an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) leased a unit here that served as her residential place way back in 2015 or 2016 (she's working now in Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia and staying there since 2017).
Me and my daughter Janneth Peter (JP) stayed in this condominium building, in Janice's unit, during our first summer vacation in Malaysia. JP's first trip to Malaysia and my second.
This is a very nice residential place with very accommodating personnel and staff. we had a very memorable, comfortable, and safe stay in this condominium.

β β β β β Menara Alpha Condominium is a old condo built from the 90'. Very unique condo, the parking is at ground level and the level is like town house, mixing 2 floor in 1 level. Consist 2 residential block, guard house, swimming pool, gym, chinese restaurant and a convenient store. Very well maintain condominium with the guard is always on duty, the cleaner was all around to the cleaning.
Located at Wangsa Maju and near LRT Wangsa Maju with 15 minutes walk, has many restaurant from chinese restaurant, mamak, stall, nasi berlauk, family mart and much more.
The lift can be quiet a pain in the s because of the old structure that mix 2 floor in 1 level, so there will be a queue in peak hour.
