★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large gated condo complex with owner occupiers and tenants. Apartments can be up to 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms/toilets, up to 2 undercover car parks, multiple operational lifts up to 15 floors.
Communal recreation area with a 3 pool complex for toddlers, beginners and a large pool for as msy laps as you want.
Children's playground and equipment. A small basketball shooting ring and half court you keep kids entertained.
Communal recreation area has a "canteen" where basic hawker food and drinks can be purchased.
Basic very high ceiling, adequately equipped gymnasium with lots of ceiling fans but no airconditioning, so workouts can be a sweaty experience.
Next to the gym is a small "7-Eleven" type shop for emergency supplies.
Close to KL city centre .. readily accessible taxis at the front gate or use Uber or Grab cars probably at cost of not more than 30 MR. From the 10th flour balcony of the condo I am visiting, I can see at least one of the KL Twin Towers. No public transport as yet, but am told that light rail is being developed to this area.
Fancy shopping can be accessed at a local mall called Publika with fancy food outlets and a supermarket which stocks lots of western selections among local fare. Further fancy shopping to your hearts content at Bukit Bintang and KL Twin Towers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management is doing an excellent job of the up keeping of the area. The plants are very well taken care of. The garbage is cleaned out everyday without fail. The lifts are serviced on time and no breakdown.
