★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The central point of Sungai Petani, Kedah. The SP Half Marathon 2019 organisers have chosen the best place to hold the race. A great place, a wonderful run and a scenic route. Will be back next year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's actually the medan selera sungai petani situated next to the Menara Jam Besar. Good place to get a good and affordable local meal with ample parking spaces. Opens normally around 5pm till 12pm and the place is rather large and airy with roofing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is among the best outdoor medan selera in Malaysia. Superbly high roofing wide coverage and windy makes it comfy. Many varieties, nice and fair price foods. Service is good. Parking moderately difficult during peak hours. Very good for family
