★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office building, decent enough for that use. Plus points: plenty of amenities in and around the building, eg an adjacent post office, banks, and a Mickey D's downstairs. Parking is also plentiful albeit a bit expensive. Minus points: Lifts always break. Toilets need maintenance. The building is very old, and needs to be renovated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A relatively dated office tower but strategically located within the centre of Kelana Jaya. A hypermarket, some eateries and other businesses are within walking distance. At ground level, a convenience shop and a sport equipment shop are available.
Parking payment is uniquely touch n go but no pay direct mechanism meaning that the card must have a minimum value.
