Love the perfume on the lobby, is specifically bought by the owner of the building. Sad is the parking on this place is really limited. Walking distance around 450m to train station.

This building is not visitor friendly... The parking is located at the lowest floor which is half of the lots being reserved... So i would not want to park here if possible. The management does not seem to be bothered by the inconveinence caused... The company which manages the parking here is hopeless and is not helpful to visitors...

Poorly designed architecture and ill-thought traffic management. Here's why: 1. The lifts in the building are horrible. Always breaking down and always under maintenance. There is already insufficient lifts to cater for human traffic and with the breakdowns, it will take you about 15 minutes to get from 10th floor to ground floor every time! 2. There are only 3 toilet cubicles for the ladies on each floor to serve about 250 occupants of which most of them are females. Regular toilet queue takes about 15 minutes as well. So plan ahead if your bladder is getting full. 3. The parking lots are also terribly designed with tandem parking for a very public corporate community. Are we expected to regularly call on our colleagues or bosses to move their vehicles so we can go home? There are many blind corners and the traffic flow is not easily understood especially for visitors who need to manoeuvre to the lowest level thus slowing traffic as they confusingly drive through each floor. 4. The exit for the lunch crowd is at the loading bay which is at the back of the building. There is high risk of humans getting run down by trucks and heavy boxes on carts. Further, once you reach the open area, you're standing in the middle of a huge crossroad which happens to be the parking entrance and exit of the ground floor and lower ground floors' meeting point. There's a guard situated there because again... There is a massive blind spot where cars coming down a spiral ramp will hit passing vehicles or humans. 5. Due to the lack of proper planning for traffic flow, there are insufficient lifts to handle those who need special help or care during emergency fire evacuation. Although a list of persons needing special care have been submitted during fire drills, Management Office seems to marginalise certain groups of people by demanding that only those who REALLY need special attention be given access to help and warning the misuse of such facility. 6. The entrance to the building is confusing as many Grab car drivers can attest to the fact that the entrance is easily missed, especially when driving on a huge 4-lane main road without adequate and eye-catching signs. The lobby area for cars to drop off passengers is too small considering there are not many parking spots in the vicinity so many occupants arrive using the drop-off area. 7. The exit of the building is worse than the entrance. The ground floor, lower ground floor and basement 1 parking exit to the same small road outside of the wet market of TTDI. There are many vehicles illegally parked on main roads thus making the street a mere single lane. The time it takes to get onto the main road, away from the shop lots, which is about 0.5km from the parking exits, takes about 25 minutes during peak hours.

Nice building, very clean, they observe SOP during the pandemic. Lot of food options in the surrounding area. Parking was limited pre-covid however TTDI MRT station is a stone throw away.

No touch n go or debit/credit card for parking payment. Hassle to pay parking as sometimes the notes keep rejected by the machine.
