★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urusan yang amat ringkas pada awalnya sering berakhir dengan kesulitan yang tidak sepatutnya. Agak kesal kerana kerumitan berlaku disebabkan isu dan sebab yang ???? ??????? remeh. Harap dapat ditambah baik dari semasa ke semasa. Selain dari itu tiada masalah, teruskan perkhidmatan cemerlang sedia ada.
 Matters that are very simple at first often end in undue difficulty. Somewhat regrettable that the complexity occurred due to trivial issues and reasons. Hope to be able to improve from time to time. Other than that no problem, keep up the existing excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Some" receptionist are lack of communication skills. Please talk to us one by one, slow abit, so that we can understand what are you talking about. Receptionist A and B talk to me in the same time, who should I listen to ? And... they are not friendly at all. They talk to me just like I am so annoying. Everyone have their own problems , maybe you are tired or unhappy but please don't treat other people like this. It's hard for us too. Only for the attitude. Others are fine here. Sorry for the bad comment. ( Time about 11.24 am 24 May 2021)

Called more than 10 times but nobody answer the phone so had to come here personally all the way from far away.
