★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove there to pick up a friend living at this Menara Polo and I found the guards to be so lazy. At the entrance, instead of coming to the car to take my driver's license in exchange for a temporary entry, he just sat there and insisted that I park and come out of the car to hand my license to him. I asked him why he didn't just stand up and walk and take it from me and he answered that it is due to 'management'. So is it the building management's rule that the guards just sit comfortably on their desk instead of doing their job?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is very good, staff most of them are nice but couple of them are not, you must tell the cleaning guys to clean your room properly "they don't change the bed sheets everyday even if your child wetted the bed, and they don't put water everyday either and it's FREE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing fancy. One of the earliest condo in KL. About 20 years old. But very strategically located. Not so expensive rental hence selling price if u want to buy. I like it most for the location. Not so much for the facilities though it has pool and gym. Though a tennis court is a plus nowadays. Not many has that anymore if you are an avid tennis player. Very central and not facing a busy street though next to a primary school which can be noisy at times. Many shops in walking distance.
