β β β β β Poor Services. Poor attitudes. Shortage of staffs and they attend the people who did not take the queueing number. While asking the staffs there, they say the customers are not doing business here but the customers taking around 5 to 10 mins for "not doing business" there. While handling my business still busy with others business. This is really my first time bad impression.
I hope it can be improved with the staffs servicing since Public Bank is a renowned bank.

β β β β β I have parked my car for 2 days here. and it so happened that yesterday afternoon, the POLIS BANTUAN at the lift flirtingly saying ""BALIK KE U.."" when it is not your job to ask that. it sounds gatal. when its your job is just only to check on mysejahtera and temperature.
today's morning, the usual checkpoint got NO POLIS BANTUAN after I scanned MYSEJAHTERA and temperature. I went by the main table, while listening to my airpod and didn't realized there was a POLIS BANTUAN behind me to check mysejahtera. i went straight to the exit door where there is another POLIS BANTUAN there, whom his act, is more respectful for him to check MYSEJAHTERA while volume down my airpod and i heard the POLIS BANTUAN behind me saying "PEKAK KE?!" so loud.
Is that how you treat a customer who come to park at PUBLIC BANK????
come one PUBLIC BANK. pls ask the management of POLIS BANTUAN/RMP to respect everyone. only do your job! don't do something out of your job scope. it is annoying and ridiculous!

β β β β β I normally don't bother rating a place that's not great. However given my experience with the security guard especially when i want to make a quick stop for ATM service i always end up driving away instead because the guards are arrogantly rude eg chasing me away when i try to park at the front. Public Bank in this branch has about 4 ATM machines but no space to park for a quick service at their ATM. Parking inside the building is limited too so why not put up more ATMs at other places instead of one location and make it difficult for customers to access!

Can provide a valid reason for why your parking rate have to increase a lot ?? What service you provide when we paid RM 18 ??? Free car wash ????
