1. Lifts are not smart enough hence waiting time are very long.
2. Parking is very expensive.
3. No designated smoking area, a poorly ventilated area under the escalator resulting in smell sticking to clothes hence making smokers a walking cancer spreader.
4. No mirrors upon parking exit which is extremely dangerous.

The building and toilet cleanliness is very bad. Crocroches running around. Toilet cleaning only daily and only by mop. Wash only at weekend once.
The rubbish room is not being clean and debris is there efor weeks and no cleaning.
Parking mangement even worst, staff are rude. When have issue with season parking, cannot even press a ticket to go in and solve problem. Need to stuck at entrance and intercoms.
Shopping mall is like dead zone, no good food around. Just a few restaurants available. Worst ever working environment I have ever been.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Automated Parking System is terrible!! Not all bays are functioning. Super Long waiting time to get our cars after work. Many irresponsible drivers!! They tap their parking card and go for shopping. The car left at the certain waiting bay for a very long time, hence other people need to wait a longer time for their cars!
Management should improve the system!
No hogging the waiting space. People should only allow leave for 5minutes or the car will be put back into the parking.
And should improve and fix all the bays
