Besides ATM, there are Cash & Cheque deposit machines in the 24hrs SSB lobby located at level 1.
Others bank cardholder i.e MEPs, Visa & Mastercard also can withdraw cash here.
There is a drive-thru ATM too ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better be very careful when you apply for their credit cards. I've never activated their credit cards, never received any statements and yet they charged fees to my credit card and it's showing up in my ccris report. I've been calling them for 2 months just to get my credit cards cancelled, and it's causing a huge impact on my loan application. Went all the way to the HQ to ask for help, they said they can't do anything. Never, never, never ever accept their credit cards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont apply any loan from uob. Super slow process. Simple topup refinance loan take 3 months to offer and pass over to lawyer. After signed loan agreement, uob take another 2 months to release money. If u hv so much time to spare then go for uob, the most useless and sluggish bank in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi UOB, do you always revised your working policy? Because some of your employees are working overtime but the overtime is not paid. And if some of your employees especially contract employees don't take overtime the senior employees roll their eyes like it is a bad sins not taking overtime. Very toxic working environment la you UOB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I have to give one star to leave a comment, actually I dont want to give even one star!!!!!!! The customer service is sucks and process is super slow. I have request to cancel my credit card since 15-Apr and request a release letter to prove that I have no more outstanding balance with this lousy bank, and I have call multiple times to chase and chase, and two day 29-Apr I have call again and the customer said the letter probably but not promise will send to me by next week as I only request today????? What???? So mean these few days I chase for nothing??? You guys dont even record down what customer request? Super suck and I will tell everyone dont apply UOB credit card!
