★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my own shopping bag and specifically told the cashier I don't want a bag but still got charged for a plastic bag. Didn't bother travelling all the way to get 20 cents back but who knows how many times she has done this to other people shopping here as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this store, they have great selection, good meat, and fresh produce, but if you shop there you need to stay vigilant! ?
Examples: A nearly order of magnitude in price difference (15.50 vs 1.99myr) between two potato varieties on the same isle (see pic), or random imported snacks costing north of 20 MYR ?.
Additionally the way they price bundled goods is puzzling (ex. 4 Carlsberg costs 38myr, but 39myr for 6, or a 4-pack of Corona for 39.90myr, but a single bottle is 18myr).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I forget how rubbish this supermarket is! Firstly, the guy who weighs the fruit is so busy on his mobile, he doesn’t even look up when asked about the bananas. Then, at the till the two women are so busy gossiping that they forget to even look at the customers when they pass for their food.
Such rubbish customer service, remind me never to go back AGAIN!!!
