★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus arrived one hour late with no explanations and apologies. Ended up suffering in huge congestion and rain. Please be mindful of passengers' possible plan when you are this late. Minor lateness can be tolerated but not up to an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus that we booked was supposed to leave at 8.45 pm, but it only arrived at 10pm. The driver was also rude, and kept saying ‘haiyo’ and complaining in Malay when the passengers were loading the luggage as he felt WE were slow and delaying him. Bus number: JSJ 5568. (8.45pm 09/12/2021) What a horrible experience!! Would never take this bus again and would not recommend at all! Like all sectors involving customer service, I hope your drivers can be more professional and courteous and have the decency to apologise when they are late and not take it out on the passengers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not punctual at all, always delay, 2 times I bought a ticket with meridian same thing happen.. and one more thing jb to KL basically will take time 4 hours , but unfortunately it take 5 hour and 30 minit arrived BTS.. what a poor service two times happen to me, and this is will be my last time support this company. will not gonna wasted my time , time is gold .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 14th May, 2022, i bought a ticket for the 2.30pm bus to TBS. There were only abt 5 travellers. The driver did not stop the bus for a toilet break until I asked him too. When I went to see him about it, he was holding a lighted cigarette in his hand. He eventually stopped the bus somewhere bf Tampin.

My departure time at 8.00 am in the morning on 28 May 2022 from Larkin to TBS, whereby I am only able to onboard at 8.50 am .
Bus arrived only at 8.50 am and journey time start on 9.04 am. It's totally waste for passenger’s time more than 1 hour.
I saw another passenger departure time on 8.15am, why same as my departure time on 8.00am. Please don't combine and mess up the schedule arrangement. Don't merge the bus schedule timing together. It's unfair to those who come earlier.
The app unable to select 0 star, if not I will go for this selection.
Bus never presence on time equal like wasting passenger’s time.
And we do not have the clear procedure whether need to wait inside the plaftform or standing outside to wait for the bus...
Bad experience for Meridian Holidays.
Very unpunctuality.
On the second following day as well, my bus schedule on 2.15 pm from TBS to Larkin . Its 2.55 pm which mean now, the bus still not yet arrived.
Very unpunctuality. Won't choose Meridians Holidays anymore. Disappointed with this bus operator. Although it is cheaper than other bus operators around RM5, it better choose for other services. Our time is more expensive than this RM5.
If the app is allow to choose 0 star, I will rate that one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the ticket on Redbus app I waited 1 hour for the bus and thought there was a delay until the operator told me to get a refund and the bus will not be operating for today (29/3/2022) . I had to buy a new ticket. Luckily, I still have some money left in my wallet to buy a new ticket home. My advise, choose other reliable bus companies even if it's a little bit expensive so that they don't waste your time. Hope this helps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From Tbs to larkin. Ticket for 10pm bus came at 12am. Posted many available trip 10.15pm, 10.45. All don't know when will start. All government bus terminals should have signboard for unreliable buses for commuters to consider when buying ticket.
