Place okay but the service maintaines is bad been issued damaged Dec 2019 till now just acknowledge now is Aug 2020 still paying the rm 270 monthly fee

really need to improve service, not shuttle, highways but need to turn a round and far away, not shop and shopping openning and around there...and price so expensive.... really too bad if you want invest here, please gather more information and dun just listen the agent talking

Hi guys! Humble and Honest Review Here! (Comments Dated: 13th May 2018) First off! Credibility wise, I've been staying here since couple months ago...those below are the reviews in breakdown: 1. Environment Rating : 1 / 5 - For the units facing the main road side is very noisy at the working time, even at night those bikes traveling is quite annoying as the echo of the exhaust is like blasting at your window (High Floors Unit) - Road traffic is good at the moment as there are tons of shop yet to open and there is an incoming block for sales coming up end-2018/next year 2019. 2. Unit Rating: 2 / 5 - Space is at 980m2. Good for small startup family but a family with more than 4, NO WAY. - For high floor unit, your laundry area will need to closed up from time to time especially lunch/dinner time where the kitchen exhaust will "Smoked" your laundry...Sometimes it will takes days to dry up your clothes... - Toilet, is the only good thing about it since it is spacious and considerably comfort when you're doing your business. - Bedrooms is considerably above average as the size are properly considered. - Living Room is kinda good but it is linked to kitchen, unless you are renovate partition, otherwise no way you can control the grease smoke from cooking to travel... - Balcony, there aint any balcony for Block A1/A2...BUT! There is one big problem, if the units is facing roadside, during very heavy thunderstorm, the rain will SEEPAGE through the window gap and it is VERY BAD! I put clothes on the sliding sills to prevent water from coming in...happened once though... :( As heavy thunderstorm is quite common in Malaysia, I have no clue when I need to do it again... 3. General Access : 0.5 / 5 - Lift : ALWAYS BREAKDOWN & OPEN EVERY GODDAMN FLOORS FOR NO WHATSOEVER REASON. You will be in hell if you are in hurry to work... - Main Access Door to Elevator Hallway: Door handle tends to broken times to times, due to quality of selection of materials...(Fixed but it seems temporary) - Rubbish dumping station is kinda convenient, but still, there are ways too many drain flies around the units which nearby the rubbish collection... - Carpark, you will need to be a good driver if you're driving bigger vehicle, for me, my car is relatively small so no problem. I saw people driving 4x4 and constantly hit the ramp turning corner... - General Facility : Swimming Pool, BBQ and Sauna is good... - Air Conditioning at L2 carpark seems no working since the day I moved in, GF and 3rd Floor working like a charm...Jealous those who can access to this area... 4. Security : 4 / 5 - The only service with surplus & worth mentioning! - Guards patroling time to time and I mean every places around the condominium! You can see them at carparks, staircases, drop off point, elevators, everywhere! :D Friendly too! - All general & main access, elevator hallway access, lift floor access, every floorelevator hallways access (All require designated "RFID") - All designated RFID for non-general areas, are prohibited to access. You can't go level 15 if you are Level 16 tenant...GOOD! 5. Management Office: 1 / 5 - They do record down your defect, and I mean just recorded it all down. You figure the rest. - So far my defect has been recorded and being "let pigeon" for like 1 month from now...no avail... - Elevator complains, no use. - Staffs are friendly, so I give them at least 1 point above... So, in a nutshell, do you think a condominium in 980 sqrt feet worth your RM 450k to 650k with the services mentioned above? Go figure lar. *Psssss! There are landed property around this area with started from1800 sqrt feet with good security system, starting from RM 500k too! You don't say I don't say ya! Peace & Cheers!

We buy this houses and stay here already one year. Something Unsatisfied for service house feedback to office!. Some cleaner's not very well in cleaning somewhere very dirty garbage storage very smell and along the corridor house sometime dirty . One more thing! The side lift sometime haft down stops we really scared and hope your guy checking good the lift and give safety for we are..thanks!

I think this building was infested by cockroaches. Every night 3 to 4 am we see and kill 2 to 3 cockroaches within a night. No matter how we tried. The problem still never solve. The pets control company was here to spray. The problem still remain the same. We sealed every hole indeed the apartment finishing is lousy. Complained to management hope they do settle this problem as soon as possible. Or else this building will be demolished within a short time.

Very systematic. Guarded and you don't have to worry about your safety.

Water pressure in the unit is horrible. I'm quite surprised to experience this problem actually as usually in an apartment unit the pressure should be very good furthermore I live in level 10. Unfortunately every single time especially when I bathe the water supply just stops abruptly. I have lodged a report to the management but they suspect its a problem with my shower unit. But this is a ridiculous assessment as water supply elsewhere like the kitchen sink also stops from time to time.
