★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called yesterday for today's vaccine (9 Sep), they said open and doc available till 8. Came at 6:10, the staff said doctor went back already at 6. Please add time in the description when will the doctor available.
On the front door it wrote
doctor available from 10 till 8
Except for sunday (10 till 6)
doctor not available on Friday.
But I came on Monday??? 9 Sep??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, but not the doctor. No clear explaination about my cat's condition every time I come here. Plus, even though the staffs are friendly, I noticed they don't know how to properly hold an obese cat. It makes me mad whenever I sent my cat for boarding here. Please teach your staffs the proper way to hold an obese cat ok. I never come back since I witnessed this incident couple of times.
