Terrible after sales service!!!! Very bad experience with the sales rep from this company! The SQL SYSTEM KEEPS SHOWING ERROR but the sales didn't want to address the issue But blamed the customer for installing wrong file!!! ANd BLAME customer for not using the software correctly! The entire system hang almost everyday and yet nothing is done! Everytime when error msg appeared, we were told to reinstall the software. But that doesn't solve the problem because it is happening so frequently that it affects our operation! But this sales rep doesn't seem to understand and proudly told us that their software is perfect and it must be the user who has the problem! Even GOOGLE such a big company still updating their software and services on frequent basis to eliminate the bug etc. But this company and the sales rep attitude is extremely terrible! What kind of company is that to blame customers when customer trying to report a faulty error code when they are using?! Negative feedback and comment are NOT WELCOMED by the sales rep. They only want to hear the good comments. that explains why they swept the issues under the carpet and they are very proud to inform customers that our software is perfect as no one complained about it! Is it really no one complained? Or you REFUSED to listen and take it personally?! We reported on the error code to you and not to criticise you personally and yet you get offended and shout back to your customer and told them to get lost! As a service provider unable to take feedback from customer and also unable to tell customer what's going on. Customer feedback to Sales rep so that supplier can improve their software and yet the customer get scolded! Sales rep was very arrogant to say that there's no customer feedback on poor software quality and yet she couldn't even address the simple issue but keep scolding the customer! And Even encouraged customer to go and look for other service provider! AVOID PURCHASING SOFTWARE and engaging service from this company AT ALL COSTS! Or else you will probably ended up like our company, get scolded when reporting error code on their accounting software! To the sales rep: No one complained doesn';t mean there's nothing wrong with the software. We only asked whether there';s a bug in software that probably needs fixing and you go like crazy, immediately shoot the customer right on the face saying 'you must have installed the wrong data file'. We are not criticizing you so why are you being so offended?? Which is strange. And even insulted the customer saying the customer is to be blamed because the customer reported a system error!!!! This kind of working attitude and low quality service is not expected when we first purchased and signed up for the service. Perhaps only very little customers signed up for the technical support as it is NOT FREE. Those who didn't sign up, of course won't report the issue to you because you won't help them to solve the problem since they didn't pay you for the service!
