1.saya mendengar mereka mengutuk customers lain apabila customers sudah pulang
2.percakapan dan interaksi salah seorang staff kurang sopan, misalnya bercakap secara terjerit-jerit
3.saya sudah membayar dan telah memberikan semua dokumen yang diperlukan untuk persiapan lesen L. salah seorang staff mereka menyuruh saya untuk menunggu selama seminggu dan mereka berjanji untuk call selepas seminggu. Selepas seminggu, tiada call dan saya call mereka semula. Mereka memberi alasan "Dokumen tidak dikeluarkan, jadi Lesen L tak dapat siap" . Saya menunggu lagi seminggu dengan perasaan sabar. Selepas seminggu mereka berjanji untuk call saya apabila lesen L sudah siap. Malangnya mereka masih tidak menghubungi saya. Apabila saya pergi ke pejabat mereka, rupanya kedua-dua gambar saya telah hilang.
4. Gambar salah seorang rakan saya juga hilang. Nasib baik jumpa balik.
Tetapi saya memuji salah seorang staff yang lain masih bercakap secara sopan dan juga wang juga dapat dikembalikan apabila saya ingin bertukar ke cawangan lain.
Saya berharap perkhidmatan anda diperbaiki. Thanks <3
 Among my many experiences dealing with this photo booth,
1.I hear they curse other customers when they return
2. Speech and interaction of one of the staff is not polite, for example talking in a screaming
3. I have paid and have provided all the necessary documents for the preparation of license L. One of their staff told me to wait for a week and they promised to call after a week. After a week, there was no call and I called them again. They gave the reason "Documents are not issued, so License L could not be prepared". I waited another week with patience. After a week they promised to call me when their L license was ready. Unfortunately they still haven't contacted me. When I went to their office, apparently both of my pictures were gone.
4. A picture of one of my friends is also missing. Good luck to see you back.
But I applaud one of the other staff who still speaks politely and also money can be returned when I want to switch to another branch.
