★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rubish Acadaemy, Rubish Staff and Rubish Service.
I have called to book computer test for 29 Nov slot like 2 weeks before.
the staff told me will book 29 Nov slot for me, and I checked Metro student profile (as attached), it's also shown computer test booked for 29 Nov slot.
And TODAY 29 Nov ! I took leave, and spent 1 hour to travel to MYEG test centre, and waited for 1.30 hours; at the end the staff told me that my slot was not booked!
I called to Metro Driving immediatle, and I called 4 times to reach them,
They admit they did not book for me. So I asked for compensation, but I got NOTHING.
Eventually, the student or customer has to bear the consequences of mistaken made by METRO DRIVING ACADEMY STAFF!!
They can simply wasting your time and money without paying you any compensation!
Never ever apply for this Driving Academy anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls dont believe that u can get ur license within 2-3 months frm agent that promise u. It will take around 5-6 months to get the license. The front desk could be better. Should put queue number. n also pls assist ur new customer come in if u guys dont have any customer infront of u guys instead ignoring them until they go to ur counter.

Special thanks to Kak Siti ( for the fast scheduling of lessons), En Syafiq and Mr Siva for guiding my daughter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ disgraceful customer service. read receipts (blue ticks) on whatsapp are turned off on purpose as to ignore enquiries blatantly. a MONTH has passed since i started enquiring (i even followed up multiple times after) about my coming driving lesson yet i have not received a SINGLE response. the school should be stripped of their awards without a single doubt. whoever is in charge of the customer service, i hope it rains right when u finish washing your car. good day to you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible coordination and communication. Have to call numerous time AND every single time to check on classes and test dates & time or query any details.
Calls are never picked up and whatsapp msgs are hardly responded. You basically have to drive to the office just to get information. Bear in mind you have paid in advance, in my case RM2500.
Driver is always late to pickup at designated pickup point.
Will not recommend to any of my friends esp those sending their kids. Extremely dissatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would like to thank all the staff and instructors involved for B full license. Especially for Mr Fazlin, Mr Jaafar and those who are not mentioned. Ive done my classes and JPJ test within 2 weeks and got the license on the following week. Thanks!

Irresponsible staff especially the one managing the JPJ test and Computer Test schedule. Failed to register on time and i was not able to do the test. happened twice not once, same thing to my friend whom i registered with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professionally run, staffs are attentive and helpful. my daughter got her driver's license within 2 months time. Classes are small and in accordance to Covid SOP. Instructors are friendly and helpful too. Upon passing her driver's test, she got her P license in less than 2 weeks. Efficient. Highly recommended.
