 The attitude of the staff is very bad, and they have such a bad attitude towards the visitors. Will there be any good feelings towards the elderly who are staying?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a bad experience with this Centre. My mum was in this centre and we had to discharge her because we were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the centre. The place is full of mosquitos and we were worried about dengue affecting the inmates in the Centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother-in-law spent 2months in this home, but experience was bad, n we took her out.
She developed skin infection on the hand as soon as she was there, and the infection started getting worse n spreading.
I also noted that though Management mentioned that there is In-house physiotherapist, but we never saw any trained physiotherapist at the center.
All inmates are just caged inside this house ( which doesn't have a signboard outside to say this is a registered home ), and none of inmates are brought for any form of supervised exercise even in the compound of the home.
This is supposed to be a dementia center but no cognitive exercise like playing memory cards or games are conducted. After each meal, the inmates are just abandoned to the hall to see TV or stare in space. The staffs are friendly , all foreigners from Ceylon but grossly inadequate.
This staffs are just multi tasking and don't really have time to spend with the inmates.
