★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time entered this building and first time worst experience for exit. With no clue where to top up d TnG card nor any signage at d entrance to inform d payment system of their parking, i called PNB Darby Park as per google whc directed me to d hotel. No one can advise me how d parking works and a place to top up d TnG card, if need be. Spoke to few wt standard answer, "We did not manage d parking at d retail side, hence we hv no idea" and gave me a number to call Metro Parking Office who manage d PNB Darby Park Retail whc my calls went unanswered. I hv sufficient balance via TnG e-wallet, but not d physical card. Their parking did not link to TnG e-wallet. With a very bad service fm Minmax Restaurant, couple wt d issue on how to exit d building with insufficient balance in TnG with no one to assist, n we r very late to return to d office due to bad serv at d restaurant, my frustration was unbearable. Once reach at d parking, d attendance told me i need to top up d TnG card at Menara Ilham next door. He also told me his office does not have a fixed line telephone whc to me is totally absurd. Will never ever go to pnb darby park .. really left a huge scar on my mind!
If want to park there, ensure u hv sufficient balance in your TnG to avoid frustation. They should hv a TnG top up vending machine at their premises since payment only can be done using TnG card. Correct me if am wrong, but am pretty sure i did not notice any button to press for parking ticket at d parking entrance booth.
