★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought Olaf & Co. Mattress. Received item is defect and causing us back-pain. No support, collapse when we sleep, and totally different than the display set. Lodge report, technician came and acknowledged defect to arrange pickup for replacement. But action not taken. It has been stressful month because of MFO Ampang. Not recommended at all. Lodged KPDNKK report and preparing for police report. Warranty is 12 years but it just on paper. Full of lies.
