★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorg staff tak mesra pelanggan. Bila tanya warranty...mcm taknak cakap je. Harga berbaloi. Cuma, Encik syed muzafar tolong pantau pekerja ni supaya customer yg slalu beli..tak lari kedai lain.
Sorg staff is not customer friendly. If you ask about the warranty ... I won't tell you. Worth the price. Just, Mr. Syed Muzafar, please monitor this employee so that customers who always buy ... don't run away from other stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produk & servis dah okay. Tapi kena scam pulak. Staf salah key in. Refund tak dapat tapi kena ambik barang lain & tambah duit pulak. Tak baik betul. Jangan sebab korang ada short duit, korang letak beban kat customer.
Products & services are okay. But it was a scam. Staff incorrectly keyed in. I can't get a refund, but I have to take other items and add more money. Not really good. Do not because you have short money, you put the burden on the customer.
