★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend. Boat broke down in the middle of the ocean. Had to call another boat to tow us. Snorkeling trip was not interesting at all. Took EVERYONE to the same spot. And I MEAN EVERYONE. I wasn't looking at the fish or the coral. But looking at other people swimming just to AVOID bumping into them.
In times of COVID19 they just cramped people into the same boat with ZERO SOCIAL DISTANCING. Boat for snorkelling? Full. Boat to and from the island? Full.
1/5 would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst client & time management..waiting for more than 3 hours to get in the boat.. Since the company took the deposit they should aware the demand especially it is peak season and shall take initiative to inform customers earlier.
But they to choose let customers waiting endlessly from morning to noon rather than manage customer on waiting time.
Also please follow the queqe number instead of allowing other later number first.
Please improve....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not satisfied with the service, they keep taking people even though there's not enough boat. No proper information when the boat to Pulau Kapas will depart, we follow the timing they give but turns out have to wait for 2 hours to take the boat. Then waiting another few hours to go for snorkeling cause not enough boat. Understood it's public holiday and school holiday, but they should be able too see number of bookings prior and prepare extra boat or stop taking booking if there's not enough capacity. Give two stars just because the staffs are nice, and i pity the staffs that need to take scoldings from everyone cause of the bad management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't engage this company. Very unprofessional. Called on 10.30am to pick us up from resort at 11.30am. 11.40am, no boat. Call again and the man on the other line said will check with boat. 12.00pm still no boat. A lady from the company called me and asked whether I had got on the boat, I replied not yet and again she said will check with the boat. I waited until 12.30pm to get on another company's boat and get refund on my return ticket. All this delay caused us to get stuck on traffic back to KL. What if you're scheduled for a flight? There are others boat company available. Take your business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I learnt about this business operator from a travel website (HHWT). Since they didn’t face any issues I booked Package C which included boat transfer, snorkelling+equipment and a packed lunch. Only after paying, saw a number of negative reviews here dating back to a year ago.
I admit I was a bit apprehensive but since we already paid, we decided to go anyway since we had a free day in KT. We also prayed we have a smooth experience.
Well, you know what? It was actually a smooth experience. All staff we encountered were friendly, we got our tickets from the counter with all the coupons attached with some explanation on how to go about, the boat departure at 9am was prompt (so was our return trip at 1.30pm), the snorkelling experience was good as we saw lots of fish and corals on reasonably deep waters and we got our packed lunch with no drama.
I only deducted one star because packed lunch as you can see from the photo didn’t match the RM10 price so there is room for improvement here.
Other than that I am happy to recommend this service. I hope the operator maintains or increases the service quality so your rating can improve with newer reviews.
