★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of foreigners here inclusive of Pakistani, Syrians, Arabs. A good complete grocery shops consists lots of middle eastern goods. Nice play area at 6 floor. Laps pool, kids pool and comprehensive gym equipment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The half in-door swimming pool is great, not full size Olympic type swimming pool but good enough to accommodate dozen of medium size families... The gym left too much to be desired thou... No dumbbell or even barbell, pullup bar not found... No speaker to pump your workout music through... Residents had voiced out problems of the gym, no respond from the office.... Hope the maintainable can do something at least for the comfort living of residence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad positioned condominium with bad access and very narrow road. Building is side by side with another condo and sharing one small road which is parked by cars on one side, leaving only 1 path for 2 way traffic flows.
