★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer experience ever. I bought my redmi ear buds in May 9, 2022. This cost me RM500+ I'm unhappy for two reasons.
1.they don't know their own product. I asked if the device can connect up to 2 devices, they were not sure. I did my research to know my answer.
2. The left ear bud was not working properly, as it does not have any sound coming out. They acknowledged it was valid, but said to take it to the service center and I "May" get a replacement. Said or else, they will "do me a favor" to take it there on my behalf but will take 3-4 weeks to resolve.
This is not my problem, and they can't just replace the ear buds for me is ridiculous. They said it is not their practice to just replace it, so I had to take it to the service center myself.
I should have just bought online, which is way cheaper and reliable. Useless sales staff. Shame to Xiaomi's brand!!
