Since I get no reply at whatsapp (to the boss/Manager number):-
I have to asked here hoping someone will reply!
1. Why the old machine I bought wire always have melting issue? Is it because the wire not thick enough? Your technician said this is not a heavy use machine so asked us to buy a new one and use both machine at alternate time. Bought new one and STILL THE SAME !
(PS: before purchase asked the sales she said it's for heavy use)
2. Why new machine I just bought recently always have power connection issue?
3. Asked technician question but was told to ask Thomas Edison !
4. Asked the boss but no reply after reading message !
