We called 30mins before closing, they waited for us until we arrived (they closed late because of us).
We were greeted by humble and friendly staff, one of which immediately attended to us.
We needed to buy guitar strings urgently. They didn't have a set specific to our guitar setup at the time, but they did suggested other guitar strings which is more than enough to make up a set for us.
The staff was not pushy at all when doing sales but quite knowledgeable in explaining things especially on how to setup your guitar and take care of the guitar since they also do guitar setup services.
Store itself we would describe with two words: 'cute' and 'eye-candy' because we loved looking through the selection of equipment and instruments that they have although the shop is small.
Good ethic should always be applauded. Keep up the good work!
