โ โ โ โ โ Saya datang dengan masalah laptop slow dan port utk cable internet tak boleh detect internet, jadi saya minta untuk reformat dan baiki port tersebut. Selain dari itu, laptop saya tiada masalah. Selepas 3 hari, apabila saya terima semula laptop dengan bayaran RM70, saya dapati laptop dapat masalah baru. Salah satu port USB undetected dan suara speaker saya pecah. Saya bekerja dan tidak sempat utk menghantar, jadi saya hantar agak lewat, lebih kurg 3 minggu selepas itu. Apabila saya tunjukkan masalah tersebut yg berlaku selepas saya menghantar laptop utk dibaiki, mereka agak marah sbb saya hntr lewat dan beritahu baiki di situ tiada warranty. Selepas 2 hari, mereka call dan maklumkan port USB sudah dibaiki, tetapi sepaker laptop x dpt dibaiki dan perlu pakai external speaker. Ok, fine. Tapi, apabila saya terima laptop untuk kali kedua ni, saya dapati salah satu skru bahagian bawah laptop yang dibuka telah hilang dan bahagian bawah laptop jadi longgar. Saya hntr laptop utk kali ketiga, mereka kata semua skru x sesuai dan skru sudah hilang, just like that.... Saya rasa sgt marah, tetapi tak boleh buat apa-apa dan hanya perlu menerima sahaja. Saya bukan ingin memburukkan tempat ini, tapi saya nasihatkan pengguna agar tidak menghantar laptop untuk dibaiki. Org kata, kalau hntr laptop/komputer utk dibaiki, kebanykannya selepas itu kena beli laptop/komputer yg baru.
I came up with a slow laptop problem and ports for internet cables could not detect the internet, so I asked for the reformat and repair the port. Besides, my laptop has no problem. After 3 days, when I received the laptop at a cost of RM70, I found out that the laptop could have a new problem. One USB port is undetected and my speaker's sound is broken. I worked and did not have time to send, so I sent it a bit late, more than 3 weeks later. When I pointed out the problem that happened after I sent my laptop to repair, they were quite angry as I was late and told me there was no warranty. After 2 days, they call and inform us that the USB port has been repaired, but the laptop's x-ray can be repaired and needs an external speaker. Ok, fine. But, when I received a laptop for the second time, I found one of the bottom screws of the laptop that had been unlocked and the bottom of the laptop was so loose. I hntr the laptop for the third time, they said all the x screws fit and the screws are gone, just like that .... I feel angry, but can not do anything and just have to accept it. I do not want to make this place worse, but I advise users not to send laptops to repair. Org said, if the laptop / computer was to be repaired, it was afterwards to buy a new laptop / computer.
