Worst company ever dealt with, Ms Tavin (customer service) tried to help me but the company other than her there is no one. She said Mr Tat (Manager In charge) was not in and couldn't attend my calls. Mr Steven (Technician) told me there are charges of RM100 just to come to my location. My AircondΒ has an issue, this was because 1 year+ ago when i bought and installed, the aircond was loud when AC was on. I complained and a technician came which he told me Midea AC is like that and after 2 years and 4 months when the warranty just ended. The AC died couldn't work and Midea didn't want to take responsibility.

1) Buy a rice cooker just for 6 month and start faulty. send for repair on the 14/5/2020. and they said need the technician to check/repair and will call me to collect in 2/3 days times. No one call back, i thought they send back to china for repair. until i have to call back 29/5/2020 than they say the rice cooker is ready for collection. Very bad customer service. 2) Buy a water heater (3800W) but water is not that hot, worst than my 15 year old water heater. really regret change to this kind of product and service.

My midea air cooler not function suddenly. only after 2 years warranty. the repair service take more than 2 weeks. I think the design engineer already setting the life cycle accurately. 笑哭 哭笑 η¬‘ε‡ΊηœΌζ³ͺ

Bad after sales service, most of my house appliances using Midea but now Im very disappointed, it's been 2 weeks since I report the issue and technician still yet to come over and check Bought less than a year and broken already, at first email is responsive and arrange technician to me within 3 days, but the technician is rude and unresponsive (I suspect it is freelance and not from Midea as I found out he doing other business), email-ed customer service to change the technician in charge but didnt get any response at all Let see when they will respond to me, wish me luck and sorry, no more Midea from me

I won't buy Midea products again NOT because the product is not good, but because if anything happen to the product, the customer service is almost non-existent. You whatsapp, asking for estimate date of service.. no reply. You call their phone line.. no one pick up. So basically, they sell you something, take your money already and ask you to deal with the problem yourself. Really waste a lot of our time trying to just GET A RESPONSE.

What a terrible, horrible services, disaster this company offer. Can't believe asking for sparepart calling HQ then pass to Sparepart department then sparepart department pass to another PIC, then to oder 1 pc important item need to email to him/her sadly call no answer. Should just shut down the entire business

I read the reviews here when my Midea air cooler stopped working and got really worried..at the end I tried to call their customer service line and managed to have someone picked up my call. Then I send my air cooler to their office and got it back within a few days. Guess I'm the lucky one

I called Midea twice to complaint on my freezer which do not seem to work... Last week 2 technicians came but said the gas is leaking. As I was not satisfied with the findings since it is a brand new freezer, I lodge another complaint. This time a senior supervisor called and say he will send an experienced technician by the name of Mr Oh to come over to my house to check. MR OH was very kind and polite and texted me he will be late as it was raining and he will arrive late. Finally when he checked the fridge there is a dual mode which I was not aware of. Mr Oh was nice and knowledgeable and acted swiftly to rectify and explained the situation clearly. Great staff and worker like him should be appreciated Thanks Mr Oh
