★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building Management is lousy. Of course, not entirely their fault when there is a Useless MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. There are no Lights at the lobby of B1 and parking area. Sooo dangerous. 8 Residents whom I met during my 6 days stay, informed me it has been like this for months. I live on the 3rd floor unit no. B1-3-16, host is Chin Yee who uses this unit for airbnb. When it rains the lift lobby area is totally soaked. The corridors lightning are barely there that it's difficult to even open the door the the unit as it's too dark. Parking area is filthy with sand and mud. You can hardly see the car park bay no. No one looks after the ground area. What irritate me the most is the lobby door. Within 8 seconds of swiping the card, the alarm sounds. Urging u to get in ASAP. Pls have common sense, I am a mother with a pram and it takes longer for me to open the door to push the pram in particularly when the space at lobby is so bloody narrow and super dark at night. I won't recommend anyone to stay in this apartment. Further to it, at the exit at the guard house, is ridiculous. There is a traffic light there immediately, only 1 car can bypass while the other must wait at the boomer gate. Imagine if everyone is going to work during peak hours.Having said all that the pool is nice. This is more of a medium cost apartment by standard.

An absolute nightmare.
A-3-15 Unit
1. Owner/ PIC was not reachable . Not at all picking up the phone during the check in. Was waiting at the guard house with parents and grandparents by the roadside for the key and the owner to respond from 2.50pm - 3.15pm. Phone was never picked up. She was only responding via text. The owner was only sending many texts about the deposit money . That was a shocker
2. Finally the security managed to get the reply and passed us the card.
3. Then as reached upstairs the lock key given was wrong! And that person wasn't at all answering and we were struggling at the doorstep with the bags and old folks waiting as well. STILL phone wasn't picked up. Had to go down to the guard house again to check and he hesitated to come up to help. And then after a while she replied saying "OH SORRY THE CLEANER CHANGED THE LOCK KEY"
LIKE SERIOUSLY?!!!
We finally entered the house at 3.45pm!!!! Parents and grandparents were exhausted since 2.50pm under the hot sun by the road side at the guard house.
4. Inside the house - my goodness!
- Aircon didn't work properly. Water was leaking from the aircon in the living room .
- Aircon in the room wasn't working. God! The remote controls was not working!
- Cleanliness - WORST! inside the rice cooker the was left over cooked rice spoiled and smell was around the house badly.
Both Bathrooms (not clean and the zink was damaged as well couldn't use it all) Smelly too.
God! Worst stay - Regretted my whole life staying here!
