★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Varvara was absolutely fantastic throughout the planning process and delivered the most wonderful wedding day for us. Varvara is without a doubt a consummate professional and has unbelievable talent. She was attentive , organized and resourceful. We cannot sing her praises enough and once you have worked with her , it is immediately obvious why she is among the best in the industry.
Planning a destination wedding is a challenge especially when you have no existing relationships in the area and because of how competent she is , she delivered in spades. She stayed on top of everything we needed to do throughout the process.
On our wedding day ( comprise of gate crashing , tea ceremony , wedding ceremony , wedding reception and after party! ) , we knew we had absolutely nothing to stress about because Varvara and her team were on top of it. The da went without a hitch ( making us blissfully unaware of any behind the scenes hiccups taking place to ensure our day was perfect ) and everyone had a fantastic time. We got so many compliments from our guests on the day and how smoothly everything flowed , which was entirely down to Varvara's great coordination. We also used Varvara for our florals. They turned out amazingly beautiful , even better than we imagined.
She has given us memories to last a lifetime and we are forever grateful that she was a part of our magical day! We will truly miss working with her ( and the weekly Monday reminder ! ).
We really can't recommend her enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so grateful to have hired Midsummer Events to coordinate our our wedding dinner. Varvara is so detailed. She met up with us (the bride and the groom) and the vendors before the wedding to make sure everything is covered. She is so helpful where she suggested ideas for us to consider as well. For me, that is a plus point given that as a bride, I might had missed out some items too. The dinner went off so smoothly. I even received compliments from multiple parties that the dinner is well planned and coordinated. Overall, thumbs up for a VERY GOOD service!! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently engaged this company for wedding event and extremely happy with their professional service despite all the adhoc arrangement and it was made punctual and professional in a way the event went smoothly without us worrying. I would highly recommend for their great service & very reasonable price. Varvara who was the main coordinator took the event under extremely good control and no issues at all n made sure all arrangements under her care. She’s very responsible and most importantly very agile to last minute changes which is what needed during a wedding event. She was very calm and handled situations professionally. Thanks to you and your professionalism. ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could have never imagined that a wedding preparation can actually be a pleasant experience, and thanks to Midsummer, Varvara in particular, for making me believe in it! From the first meeting, I realized that I was in good hands: we had a very detailed discussion about every aspect of the wedding day. The amount of time, patience and attention received from Varvara's team was tremendous: at some point, I felt like they knew us better than we did! Punctuality, efficiency, attention to small details - what else can you ask for? I don't know how, but they managed to make even my craziest requests come true: for example, making a very special wedding bouquet - made of seashells!... and it was perfect...!
Our private ceremony in Langkawi was thoroughly planned, and I felt like a princess on my special day. I can't imagine having another team of people/scenario for our wedding. I wish we could repeat this magical experience again (maybe, for some wedding anniversary...) and I don't see anyone else besides Midsummer, who can do it better.
I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to make their wedding trendy, special, and with some fresh ideas! These guys know it all!

The wedding prep was extended from 1 year to two due to COVID and Varvara stayed on with us so patiently and really took the load off our shoulders for the wedding prep. She has every quality you need in a wedding planner: responsible, punctual, high work ethics, listens to your opinion, professional and down-to-earth. Our wedding was perfect! She definitely can translate anyone's dream wedding, big or small into reality. She has become more than a wedding planner to us. Engage her and she won't fail you!
