★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semua Facility tip top cuma cadangan saya sebagai tambahan sediakan material islamic spt cd alunan al Quran dan sbgnya.. Sbb agak 'keras' kwsan sekitar villa disebabkan saya dan rakan² ada yg 'diganggu'..
 All Facility tip top is just my suggestion in addition to providing Islamic material such as Quran Quran cd and so on .. Sbb a bit 'hard' kwsan around the villa because me and a friend ² some are 'disturbed' ..

Cuma agak keras.. mungkin sbb ceruk dan dlm kawasan hutan. Tn rumah mungkin boleh consider utk pasang ruqyah setiap kali rumah kosong x berpenghuni. Supaya xde yg menumpang kat rumah tu...
Best place, ade clean pool, spacious bbq space, lots of rooms and ade snooker room as well.
Just a little hard .. maybe because of the niche and in the forest area. Tn house may be considered to install ruqyah every time the house is empty x occupied. So that xde who rides at that house ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa sesuai untuk keluarga yg besar. Ada 6bilik. Konsep Bali jika tak silap. Tempat yg sesuai untuk bercuti bersama keluarga. Semua bilik ada aircond Dan tandas.
The villa is suitable for large families. There are 6 rooms. The concept of Bali if I'm not mistaken. The perfect place for a family vacation. All rooms have aircond and toilet.

The toilet is clogged, the kitchen floor is watery ... but the house is big, very comfortable for a large family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perlu pasang pam..pressure air di bilik air tak cukup kuat....toilet tak maintained..bilik tidur bawah boleh consider untuk pasang aircond..
Need to install a pump..water pressure in the bathroom is not strong enough .... toilet is not maintained..the bedroom downstairs can consider installing aircond ..

Have more outdoor chairs and tables.
Love the morning breeze.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the facillities ie pool side ladder loose.. outside table can be more proper ie banquet table.. parking can put like more than 5 cars.. Villa's room can be improved with all air conditioning at ground floor.. Outside room below the Giant gazebo can accommodate about 5pax can have mosquito/bug net. BBQ pit need to be cleaned everytime.. with wiremesh provided. Overall, it was fun to gather at the villa with several families. Pool is a bonus and privacy is top notch. Got nearby store for supplies. Nearby restaurant seldom open in the morning,, better bring your own food to cook. Can walk at the beach but no swimming allowed due to the beach condition. Dirty from the litter / nets / bottles.. cans.. For the price we paid it is worth it.
