★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid RM95 for hair cut and treatment shampoo. I have never seen such an inexperienced hair stylist in life. Found out that she’s new and worked in Bukit Bintang previously. Washed my hair for only less than 2 mins (I paid extra RM10 for treatment shampoo, totally wasted) the way she cut my hair is just so unprofessional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yup definitely the worse salon ever. Was given an appointment at 9pm and am still sitting here 30 minutes later. No one has attended to me or served me the customary drink or even looked at my direction. Go somewhere else for better service. If anyone from the management is reading this, please work on your customer service and manage your appointment schedules well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hairstylist was friendly. But did not meet my requirements. He is keen on promoting expensive packages which I was strongly denied.
All I was asked for a deep layer cut but I’m very disappointed with the result. It’s turned out a mess .
Maybe other hairstylist at that salon would have done better job.

So excited when I know Miko Galere come back in Nu Sentral.
