★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我订了一套皮制沙发，一月初货送到。检查后发现有几处瑕疵。当天拍了照给当时服务我售货员。等了几个小时也没回应，于是就打电话给她，她也没接。直到隔天她才回复说她很忙，她说给她几天的时间等她忙完后她会处理我的投诉。但是等了十天后她也完全没处理，那天剛好其中一个 recliner 坏掉，我再次联络那女售货员。她答应隔天过来了解，结果她没来处理。当时我理解可能年关将近会比较忙，所以我就没再催她。
以为过年后她会马上处理我的投诉，结果一等就一个半月也毫无行动。如果是好的销售员一定会记录和跟进顾客的投诉，但她一点都不专业。我实在忍无可忍了，早上再次简讯她，到现在都还没回复我。这样不重视顾客投诉的售后服务简直是太糟糕了！
I ordered a leather sofa, and the goods were delivered in early January. Several flaws were found after inspection. I took a picture that day to the salesperson who served me then. After waiting for several hours without responding, she called her and she did not answer. She didn't reply until the next day that she was very busy. She said that she would be given a few days to deal with my complaint when she was finished. But after waiting for ten days, she didn't deal with it at all. Just one of the recliners broke that day, and I contacted the saleswoman again. She promised to come to understand the next day, but she didn't come to deal with it. At that time, I understood that it might be busy near the end of the year, so I didn't urge her.
I thought she would deal with my complaint immediately after the New Year, but she did nothing for a month and a half. If it is a good salesperson, she will definitely record and follow up the customer's complaints, but she is not professional at all. I couldn't bear it anymore. I texted her again in the morning and haven't responded to me yet. This after-sales service that doesn't pay attention to customer complaints is simply too bad!
