★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time doing Warm oil massage and back scrub and first time visiting their outlet and I'm impressed by how wonderful it feels. Ms. Siti did my service and I couldn't be more happier. My back feels so much more relaxed and energized. I suffer from SCOLIOSIS so I needed this badly. I'd definitely recommend you to come here and take at least one service to know how capable they're as a team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time here, I made massage appointment for me and my partner. We reached a little late but I had a great experience with therapist Ran. She was good and polite. However, my partner doesn’t have a good one with therapist Ning. She’s grumpy probably because we’re late. But that doesn’t mean she could ruined people time with her rudeness. She was stomping her leg and so harsh even after he told her to be gentle. It affects his whole mood after. Such a waste paying for her service. The service ended on time. We didn’t take a minute extra of her time. So why is she so moody, it’s annoying! Hence the 2 stars. Please improve on this staff etiquette with customer. Thanks.

I usually go for the lymphatic full body massages, & I like their location in Bangsar, furthermore the spa is clean, modern, and all the staffs are very friendly.
I highly recommend MIMONE Spa to everyone!
