★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely awful!!! The staff didn't speak English, but that wasn't what bothered me. They were SO rude on the phone, just said "No English" and hung up the phone. 2 of them. Then they dragged a delivery so long, but again, what was SO UNPROFESSIONAL was their attitude. Patterson, who I assume is the owner, promised in 6 separate messages to look into it and get back to me, but not once came back to me. I had to chase him for days. No apology either. Awful
Worst customer service experience in my 25 years in Malaysia!
