这道地的菘鱼炒蒜苗豆乾，是最古早风味的潮州美食，好吃又便宜。

This stir-fried stall with the theme of scallops has been around for 40 years and is located in Mingxin Teahouse on the 8th Road of Huadu Village. Owner He Shuncai likes scallops and few people know how to cook. He started cooking and frying many years ago. He developed a series of scallops themed delicacies, including secret fish fried with garlic sprouts dried tofu, sashimi porridge, sashimi fried plaque, and fish head. Rice noodles, fish head rice noodle soup.
This authentic scallop fried with garlic sprouts dried tofu is the oldest Teochew cuisine, delicious and cheap.
