★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to give -10 star , the phone no nobody answer call more then 10 times, service adviser never follow up. if you think want to buy a car , pls think 100 times, had 4 years very very............bad service experience service in this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It should be a NEGATIVE 5 star. Took them 2 weeks to ‘fix’ the car engine but still came back with the same problem. Apparently they did not fix the problem at all after inspection by another service centre. How could they tell me that the problem is solved??? LOUSY. Is this how you cheat your customers and make us pay a heavy sum after free warranty?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place to send your car to. I hope Malaysia Mini Representative is reading this. Put on hold for 20 mins and I gave up. Don't return my calls. The Service Advisor that gave me his WhatsApp number do not reply to messages nor answer his phone. Whoever's in charge should be replaced immediately!!!!!!! No Star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place to send your car for repair, my car sensors just drop of from where it belong, i asked them to put it back. They said i need to leave the car for 2 weeks for them to put it. I fed-up send my car my car to local shop fixed it in 10min.
This service centre just want your money, they don’t care about the warranty bc they not making money with it.
Wasting my time for waiting 2 hours just to speak with one of them.
