★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review teruk kali ni. Tak mintak dilayan mcm artis atau diraja, tapi jangan lah sampai tunjuk kerut muka tu. Dua2 staff(malay/Chinese) perangai. Dengan tegur sergah2, nak kata busy, takda org langsung/tak juga mcm check stock ke apa. Baik2 mood happy lepas dari NSK nak beli makanan utk anak2 bulus. Terus rasa, “okay, kita gi pasar boring PANDAN je.” ??
 Bad review this time. Don't ask to be treated like an artist or a royal, but don't show that frown. Two staff (Malay/Chinese) temperament. With a serious reprimand, I want to say busy, there is no direct person/I don't even check stock for anything. Good mood happy after NSK to buy food for the children. Then feel, "okay, we gi boring market PANDAN je." ⁇

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad Sales staff who sells without any knowledge of small animals in the stores. They didn’t even know that rabbit must be fed with hay on daily basis 24/7. The Sales staff at Aeon Bukit Indah foolishly replied that hay is no fed on daily basis when I asked why there isn’t any hay on the cage for the rabbits. No fresh water given too!! They are living things. What makes you think that these animals do not need to drink and eat daily? The cages are so ‘bladdy’ small. The hamsters are on a sad state too. No food, no water and no hidey. I hope the management of MinimPet can do something to educate yourself and your staff before you sell small animals. They are living things. Please treat them humanely. The next time we visit the shops, we hope to see improvements. Please place food readily for them!!
