★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off, the receptionist was rude. (I asked her to clarify her instructions on registration and she tartly replied, "Can't you read".)
Also, the doctor diagnosed my cat with FIP without explaining the diagnosis properly, saying he's living on borrowed time- there's no cure for him, and I had to feed him supplements everyday to keep up his quality of life.
I did that for months, being stressed and sad the whole time. After that i brought him to a different vet, and turns out he didn't have FIP. Apparently FIP is also difficult to diagnose and uncommon.
It's been a year since and he's living happily without any medication. I feel very cheated that this vet made me go through so much emotionally over a careless diagnosis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going here since they started in putra heights.. been more than 10 years now. Dr. Thiba is just an awesome doctor you will ever see. Now with Dr. Hanna they both are doing a great job. Would definitely recommend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have pleasent experiance with this Vet. I sent a sick German Shepard for treatment at this clinic. It recovered after surgery. 2nd time he is admitted again for a different issue. Dr.Thiba Dr.Hannah and others are superb. Friendly and very helpful.. Only set back for me is the distance. I will gladly recomend this clinic to my contacts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place...the vets are so friendly and my puppies get treated so warmly. Also recommended another friend who had a puppy with severe skin issues and only the vets here were able to completely treat it....♥️! They have a new person at the counter who is also ? awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ministre' Of Pets Veterinary Clinic has been such a good place for our Dog - a true blessing! This facility is very different from any other place we have been. We have been taking our dog here since last year. They are very clean, extremely professional, and super loving! Dr.Thiba, Dr.Hannah and the vet techs knows exactly what they are talking about. You can be sure you're in good hands. This past week, we had trouble with our our dog and the doctor and assistant has been so incredible, words cannot express our gratitude. The recommendations they give and the sincere follow up goes such a long way and is very appreciated. Our animals are our family members and I would highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone! Thank you for all you do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite vet so far. Love this place for their friendly and informative doctors. They treat my furkids with love and care… starting with just normal vaccination, flu, they have also treated and give recommendation for my cats with FIV and seizure. I would definitely recommend this vet to my family members and friends.
During weekdays, a bit hard to find parking here. But they also have another branch at Bandar Rimbayu which I prefer to go to.
