★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not those typically saloon where space is always be a concern. This place is huge and the setup is so neat and organized. There is also a special room for Muslim ladies if required. The staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Reasonable price, ample of parking. The saloon does walk in facial for guys and gals. You also can find them in Facebook if you need more information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service he did my hair very detailed and neat. Got free drinks some more. Note that if u guys wanna rebonding there will be extra charges depending on yr hair length as for me its rm50+ for hair length up to bra line. Overall satisfied w the service totally gonna come back soon thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience ever i had, done many time gel mani at difference saloon, but here the worst!! 1st time went for gel mani, no cuticle cleaning done, my toe nail was overcut and really painful, dont know how to shape the nail, more better if i did myself, and started to peel off next day, get my eyebrow done (threading) thats the worst ever!! she is literally pulling my eyebrow hair 1 by 1, omg i really screamed and it was super painful!! Well i did not done those service via fave, they are so called promo rate yet almst the same price as other saloon which can provide excellent service. Maybe can go for waxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a voucher on Fave to have my nails done (gel mani & regular pedi). Voucher provided that it could be redeemed at 2 branches of Sanaamz Beauty & Bridal. The Ara Damansara branch - turned out to be this place called Ministry of Hair & Beauty.
Made an appointment for 2 beforehand but staff went ahead with walk-in customers for hair wash instead of fulfilling our appointments first. Took more than 3.5 hours to get our nails done. The place is unhygienic - they do not clean their tools between customers, the towels are dirty, the junior manicurist cannot even paint regular polish properly (although she was patient & polite).
All that & the gel manicure only lasted for less than a week before it started chipping and peeling off on its own.
Overall - the worst place I have had my nails done at; it was also the cheapest - so you really get what you pay for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my entire life, my experience in hair salon was never pleased no matter how much i spend. But here, this is my 1st time i felt so happy and satisfied with the service even its not that fancy (but not that i care aslong the result is great) i just show the photo of hair style i wanted, and i got it the same! Dont need to overspend but u still get the same result!! Bravo to the hair stylist guy (forgot to ask his name) very chill kinda guy hehe thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for padi mani coz i thought they have separate rooms for females... But private rooms are just for haircut, wax and facial.. ended up just doing waxing.. the service was ok but the rooms inside wasnt much clean.. don't think i will visit again
