★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to redeem the voucher that i got from BInfinite. It says that ‘Redeem Scalp Dead Skin Renewal Therapy worth Rm650’. It was VERY DISAPPOINTING as the receptionist was not friendly at all. She didn’t even greet us ‘hi’ nor ‘bye’. On the other hand, the treatment was not worth AT ALL. Maybe, just because we went there for redeeming the voucher, they didn’t treat us well. They even gave us a boring look during all the process. With this kind of environment and treatment , I better go to the salon and get the best treatment there.
The treatment that we get;
1. They washed our hair.
2. Steam
3. Blow
4. Put some herbs medication
And after we finished, they didn’t even say anything to us. So we went out wondering are we done yet or not. To be honest, even a simple salon would would do more than that. I was shocked as they didn’t even brush our hair after everything is done. Not that I want them to brush my hair, but that’s the least they can do at the end of the process. With that being said, I did not suggest you to come here for another ‘voucher redemption’. I’m not saying all of their outlet serves their customers badly, im specifically saying the outlet at ‘Bukit Tinggi Klang’.
