Problem:
Sent a PC that shuts down automatically for them to diagnose took them 2-3 days still can't find the problem and replied everything is fine and it didn't shut down .
(My PC shuts down after 60-90 minutes under heavy load)
My answer:
My PC will shuts down for sure after an amount of time clearly they didn't test it until the problem occurs .
Problem:
Employee told me to take it back if I can diagnose the problem and take it back to replace the component from them if diagnosed .
My answer:
I sent it in for them to diagnose and they told me to take it somewhere else is fine but asking me to go back to replace component from them if diagnosed? For a shop that's the worst "Please come back again" line. Plus I don't think the shop that is able to diagnose my PC don't have the components to fix it
Problem:
After my PC is diagnosed I went back there to buy and change out the component that's broken but they keep giving me false statements of the problem after I tested the problem on the spot .
My answer:
I diagnosed the problem of my PC with my cousin that fixes PC for living but he doesn't have the time to change it for me do I took it to the shop to change . For them to give false statements after it's confirmed that the certain part is broken is really unthoughtful all I asked for is just for them to change out that certain part and they tell me stuff about my problem which is not even close enough to the real cause
Overall this shop is good as a tech shop but not as a repair shop, I'm sure they're able to solve common issues though
The employees has good attitude but not good diagnostic skills

Whenever we ask any question, they would answer in a simpler manner so it was easy to understand even for a amateur like me. Free to do quotation with them if you're interested to build a gaming set depending on your budget. Went there to repair my cpu and the price was very reasonable. Definitely will recommend them and also return when I want to purchase new goods.
