★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place sells various kind of machineries wether simple nor heavy machinery. From simple jobs to specialist. Approachable staff with wide knowledge in thier field, very humble and kind. The customer after-services is also recommendable here. They have various spareparts for thier machines. You can even call for appoinment if you want to view specific machine. The staff will give their honest review and it is up to the customer wether to follow nor not.
This is a place that I recommend if you want to buy diy and heavy machines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought brand I weld mig 200 somewhere early 2020 with special promotion combo sales. After a few time used the machine doesn't work properly. Since that time very difficult to send it back to Mitad due to MCO 1 and 2 until last August 2021 managed to return for checking. From that date I have to keep calling Mitad every now and than just to get feed back. Every time the answer is the same.. the factory supposed to repair the machine is still no progress...I don't know what kind of customer service their are practicing. Personnel from Mitad never keep promise to give a return call.Faulty machine is common but dealing with faulty human is something need extra precautions. Hopefully this is the first and the last deal.
