Kalau tak perlu edit pun, just give your customer an explanation. Bukan tak reply terus.
Once he got the payment, no more service to be offered even replying my whatsapp. Nak duit, cepat je reply whatsapp. Tanya soalan, it will take 2-3 days to reply. LOL.
My suggestion for this company management is to sign up for customer service course for your employees.
I will never recommend the service for my friends and family. So disappointed. Thanks.
