★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman service yg baik, ramah & mesra dr semua kakitangan. Tak lekang dgn senyuman. Terbaik & syabas. Ruang menunggu lengkap dgn air minuman & roti amatlah dihargai. Ruang kanak² juga selesa & bersih.
 Good service experience, friendly & friendly from all staff. Not without a smile. Best & well done. The waiting area complete with drinking water & bread is much appreciated. The children's room is also comfortable & clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's dishonest employee stole money from the money/coin box during car service. Even though, it has been adviced not to leave any valuables in the car, But this doesn't mean that allowing your own employees to steal money from your Customer! Reporting to management is just the only solution...
Besides, alignment of tyre isn't doing properly, keep moving to the left side! Pay more for the specialist to do alignment but Not able to deliver a professional end result. Its worse than before. Mitsubishi Glenmarie, please do something about the both things mentioned above. It's quite disappointing.
However, I must say that Wan has delivered excellent customer service!
